Making the step into the commercial sector, SHOREBUILD teamed with the renowned architects at Archer Office to deliver the fit-out of ‘The Wine Quarter’, a multipurpose space for gatherings and events held by Woolworths Liquor Group.
Though the client is typically corporate, the space are anything but. Large atrium-like expanses, connect smaller individual rooms, that, although serve separate purposes, are intimately connected through the use of veil like tensioned chord that gives hints to the original heritage listed 1960s brickwork.
The attention to detail is fastidious. The transition between a perfectly modern polished concrete floor and the mixed elements of tensioned chord and aged brickwork is without pause.
